Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times provided by UPS, these are estimates and not guarantees. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund.
Returns

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we accept returns if less than 80% of the prints in your order have been used. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation, and we'll do our best to assist you.
